「DOOM 3」のMOD，「Classic DOOM for DOOM 3」最新版リリース
FPSアクション「DOOM 3」のMOD，「Classic DOOM for DOOM 3」の最新版Alpha0.25が，「こちら」でリリースされた。
「Classic DOOM for DOOM 3」は，DOOM 3のエンジンで初代「DOOM」を蘇らせようというプロジェクトで，DOOMのオリジナルマップを忠実に再現することを目的としている。公式サイトのMEDIAコーナーには，初代DOOMのマップがどのように再現されているかがよく分かるように，両作を対比したスクリーンショット多数が掲載されている。あの懐かしい初代DOOMが，最新エンジンだとこうなるのか！ と思わずにはいられないショットばかりだ。初代のDOOMで遊んだ人も，そうでない人もチェックしてみよう。
