アクションRPG「Darksiders Genesis」の発売日が決定。PC/Stadia版は12月5日，PS4/Switch/Xbox One版は2020年2月14日にリリース

　THQ NordicとAirship Syndicateは本日（2019年10月23日），新作アクションRPG「Darksiders Genesis」（PC / PS4 / Switch / Xbox One / Stadia）の発売日を発表した。アナウンスによると，PC / Stadia版が12月5日，PS4 / Switch / Xbox One版は2020年2月14日に発売予定だ。また，今回の発表に合わせて最新トレイラーも公開されている。


　本作は，黙示録の四騎士を題材にしたゲーム「Darksiders」シリーズのスピンオフタイトルだ。シリーズ1作目の前日譚となる物語が展開され，四騎士の1人であるストライフの活躍が描かれる。「Darksiders」シリーズは，謎解きと探索を絡めた3Dアクションだったが，本作はクォータービューのカメラを採用したアクションRPGとなっている。また，シングルプレイはもちろん，Co-opに対応しているのも特徴だ。
　なお，国内のコンシューマ機向け展開は発表されていないが，Steam版は音声，字幕，UIすべてが日本語化されるとストアページに記載されている。
