ゾンビホラーFPS「Land of the Dead」米国での発売日は10月17日に
ホラーFPS，「Land of the Dead：Road to Fidller's Green」の米国での発売日が，2005年10月17日に決定した。
本作は，日本で現在公開中のホラー映画「ランド・オブ・ザ・デッド」をベースとするFPS。プレイヤーは，平凡な農民の主人公Jackを操り，死者が蘇りゾンビと化して人間を襲い始める中，安全な場所といわれているFiddler's Greenを目指し，たった一人で戦っていく。
シングルプレイでは20レベルが用意されており，マルチプレイではデスマッチ，CTF，Invasionといったゲームモードで10マップをプレイできる。ゲームの公式サイトは，「こちら」だ。（朝倉哲也）
