Guild Wars拡張パック，「Eye of the North」の発売日が決定

　NCsoftとArenaNetは，オンラインRPG「Guild Wars」の最新拡張パック「Guild Wars: Eye of the North」を，8月31日に発売すると発表した。価格は39.99ドル（北米）と34.99ユーロ（ヨーロッパ）になる予定だ。

　この拡張パックでは，二つの種族AsuraとNorn，150種類のスキル，10種類のヒーロー，40種類のアーマーセットなどが追加される。本作をプレイするには，これまで発売された「Guild Wars」「Guild Wars: Factions」「Guild Wars: Nightfall」の，いずれか1本以上のインストールが必要だ（これら3本は単体での起動が可能）。詳細は以前掲載したニュースで確認できる。

　なお，エヌ・シー・ジャパンに問い合わせたところ，日本での発売については「未定」とのこと。早く正式発表を聞きたいところではあるが，まずは続報を待とう。（朝倉哲也）
