ミリタリーRTS「World in Conflict」迫力満点の最新ムービー公開

　Massive Entertainmentが開発を進めているミリタリーRTS「World in Conflict」の最新ムービートレイラー（24.7MB：1分29秒）が，WorthPlaying.comで公開された。

　本作は，今もなおアメリカとソ連による冷戦構造が継続しているという仮想的な設定にもとづくゲームだ。
　公開されたムービーは，残念ながらゲームプレイシーンを収めたものではないようだが，激しい市街戦の様子を確認できる，迫力のあるムービーだ。とくに，超高層ビルがそびえ立つ大都市に，無数のパラシュート降下兵が侵攻する最後のシーンは，映画さながらである。
　ゲーム自体も相当スリリングなものに仕上がるのではないかと，期待せずにはいられない。ミリタリーRTSが好きな人は見てみよう。

　なお，本作の公式サイトは開設されているが，今のところ扉ページのみとなっている。（朝倉哲也）
