ミリタリーRTS「World in Conflict」，最新ムービーが公開に

　「World in Conflict」は，東西冷戦のさなか，ソ連軍がヨーロッパに侵攻したことを機に第三次世界大戦が勃発するという，歴史のIfをテーマとするミリタリーRTS。その最新ムービートレイラー（67.9MB，2分13秒）が，WorthPlaying.comで公開された。

　前半部分では，基地の日常が描かれているが，突如として一発のミサイルが着弾すると，すさまじい爆発が起きて巨大なきのこ雲が発生し，基地は瞬く間に壊滅状態に陥る。後半は，全体的に緊迫感の漂うムービーだ。
　空の描画がとても美しく印象的。実際のゲーム画面を使ったムービーとのことなので，グラフィックス的になかなか期待できるのではないだろうか。（朝倉哲也）
