［Mac］Aspyr，ミリタリーFPS「Call of Duty 4」のMac版を5月に発売

　Aspyr Mediaは，ミリタリーFPS「Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare」のMacintosh版を，2008年5月に発売すると発表した。

　本作は，ミリタリーFPSの人気作，Call of Dutyシリーズの第4作。テーマを，それまでの第二次世界大戦から現代戦へと切り替え，強力な最新兵器を用いた熾烈な戦いを描く。
　グラフィックスもさることながら，CoDシリーズならではのドラマチックなストーリー展開や，キャラクターのレベルアップの要素をミックスしたマルチプレイモードも高く評価されている。
　開発元はInfinity Wardで，Aspyr Media社内のAspyr Studiosが移植を担当している。

　なお，今のところ動作環境については，Intel Mac専用となるかどうかも含め，明らかにされていない。
