5月16日の発売が迫るハードコアなメレーアクションRPG「The Surge」のバトルを紹介する最新トレイラーが公開

　Focus Home InteractiveとDeck13 Interactiveは，2017年5月16日に発売予定のアクションRPG「The Surge」（PC / PS4 / Xbox One）の最新トレイラーを公開した。


　SF的な世界設定でハードコアなメレーアクションが楽しめそうな本作。主人公のウォーレンは，機械工業で知られる大企業CREOに警備員として就職したが，詳しい説明がないまま自分の神経を強化外骨格と接続されてしまい，そのまま工事現場に派遣される。そこでは，同じく強化外骨格に身を包んだ人々や，ドローン，大型ロボットなどが暴徒化しており，ウォーレンはそれらを倒してパーツを集め，自分をさらに強化して戦い続けていく。


　今回のトレイラーは，そんな「The Surge」のバトルを紹介する内容になっている。ドイツを拠点とするDeck 13 Interactiveは，2014年にリリースしたメレーアクション「Lords of the Fallen」で一定の評価を得ており，本作にも期待できそうだ。
