Matrix Gamesが，第二次世界大戦をベースにしたRTSゲーム「Eric Young's Squad Assault：WestFront」を販売することを発表した。 開発はFreedom Gamesで，このゲームの製作には，V for Victoryシリーズ，World at Warシリーズ，Close Combatシリーズなどを手がけてきた，Eric Young氏が関わっている。 ゲームは基本的にリアルタイムではあるものの，ユニットに命令を下したりするようなときは時間が停止するようになっているということで，リアルタイムストラテジーの苦手な人にもアピールできそうだ。 公式サイトは「ここ」で，最新Screenshots4点などを見ることができる。発売日や価格は現在のところ未定。（Asakura）
