フロンティアグルーヴ，「Warhammer 40K：DoW」と拡張パックをローカライズ。セットにして12月22日発売

　フロンティアグルーヴは，SF RTS「Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War」と，その拡張パックである「Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Winter Assault」をローカライズ。それらをセットにした「Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War Gold Pack 日本語版」を，2005年12月22日に発売すると発表した。価格は1万290円（税込）。

　「Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War」は，未来的兵器で武装するスペースマリーンと，クリーチャー/敵対勢力との戦闘が楽しめる本格SF RTSだ。
　日本ではまだ知名度が高いとはいえないが，北米版は約20万本の販売実績を誇り，ゲームサイトGameSpyが主催する2004年度「Game of the Year」のRTS部門で大賞に輝いたほどの作品である。
　そんな秀作RTSが，拡張パックとセットで，しかも日本語で楽しめてしまうこのGold Pack。かなりお買い得なので，SF的世界観が嫌いではないストラテジーファンなら，ぜひ購入を検討してみよう。（大路政志）
