［E3 2014］「Destiny」がバンドルされたPS4初のカラバリモデル「グレイシャー・ホワイト」，9月9日に北米で発売

　北米時間2014年6月9日，Sony Computer Entertainment（以下，SCE）は，プレス向けイベント「Sony E3 Press Conference」において，Bungieが開発中の新作FPS「Destiny」がバンドルされた白色PlayStation 4を2014年9月9日に北米市場で発売すると発表した。「Glacier White」（グレイシャー・ホワイト）モデルとされている。
　内蔵HDDの容量は既存の黒モデルと同じ500GB。本体と同色の「DUALSHOCK 4」が付属して，北米での価格は449ドルだ。なお，日本での発売時期は「今秋」とされ，価格も公表されていない。
