【Mac】「Quake 4」，QUAKE 4 TVのサポート追加などを行うパッチ

　Aspyr Mediaは，Macintosh版「Quake 4」のVersion 1.4.2パッチをリリースした。このバージョンでは，マルチプレイを観戦できる機能「QUAKE 4 TV」のサポート追加を含む，マルチプレイ関連の機能追加/修正が行われている。
