　スクウェア・エニックスは本日（2016年9月15日），アクションRPG「デウスエクス マンカインド・ディバイデッド」（PC / PlayStation 4 / Xbox One。原題：Deus Ex: Mankind Divided）を2017年初頭に，ステルスアクション「ヒットマン」（PC / PS4 / Xbox One。原題：Hitman）を2017年に，いずれも国内へ向けて発売すると発表した。両タイトル共に価格は未定。発表に合わせて，両タイトルのトレイラーも公開されている。

　デウスエクス マンカインド・ディバイデッドは，サイバーパンクな近未来を舞台に繰り広げられるアクションRPG。Deus Exシリーズの最新作である。プレイヤーは，国際的な対テロ組織に所属するアダム・ジェンセンとなり，最新鋭の武器や「オーグメンテーション」と呼ばれる人体の機械化によって得られる能力を駆使して，2029年の世界に渦巻く巨大な陰謀を暴いていく。

　ヒットマンは，伝説の暗殺者「47」となってさまざまな暗殺ミッションに挑む，ステルスアクション・HITMANシリーズ最新作だ。シリーズの集大成となる今作では前作の6倍にもおよぶ広大なマップが実装。海外ではエピソディック方式での展開となっている本作だが，国内ではどういった形態になるのか，この点にも注目しておきたい。
