　THQ Nordic Japanは2023年6月27日，3Dアクションゲーム「Destroy All Humans! 2 - Reprobed（デストロイ オール ヒューマンズ！2 - リプローブド）」のシングルプレイ版をPlayStation 4/Xbox One向けにリリースした。価格はPlayStation 4版が3960円（税込），Xbox One版は4000円（税込）。


　本作は，凶悪無比な宇宙人「クリプト」となって，地球人の脳を奪い取る「Destroy All Humans!」の続編だ。舞台となるのは前作から10年。ソ連に母艦を爆破された恨みを晴らすため，クローンナンバーを更新した新たなクリプトが日本を含む世界各地で戦いを繰り広げる。
　シングルプレイ版となる本作には，シングルプレイヤー用のキャンペーンモードやDLC「Skin-Pack」の全コンテンツ，前作「Destroy All Humans!」のスキン，DLC「Challenge Accepted」のマルチプレイヤー機能を除いた全コンテンツが収録されている。

かつて地球に襲来し、アメリカを大混乱の渦に陥れたエイリアン「クリプト137」。アメリカを手中に収めたクリプトであったが、その10年後、ソ連KGBにより母艦が爆破されてしまう。姿は似ているが別のクローン「クリプト138」がKGBに復讐を果たすべく、再び地球を襲う！
