KONAMI，2012年3月8日発売予定の「蒼の英雄-Birds of Steel-」と「BLADES of TIME」の最新ムービーを公開

　KONAMIは本日（2012年2月22日），発売予定の2タイトル「蒼の英雄-Birds of Steel-」（PlayStation 3/Xbox 360）と「BLADES of TIME」（PlayStation 3/Xbox 360）の公式サイトをアップデートし，新たなムービーを掲載した。


　第二次世界大戦における空の戦いをテーマにした，蒼の英雄-Birds of Steel-の最新ムービーは，敵艦隊に対する航空攻撃を中心とした迫力あるもの。空母から発進し，敵艦隊を襲撃する戦闘機や爆撃機，そして空中戦や爆撃シーンなどが確認できる。海面の様子や，描き込まれた航空機，艦船など，フラシムファンなら必見の映像だ。

　また，BLADES of TIMEでは，声優の釘宮理恵さん演じる主人公のアユミが，物語の舞台となる土地「龍の望郷」を訪れるシーンが収められている。アユミの特殊能力「タイムリワインド」も確認できるこのムービーでは，彼女の派手な戦いぶりも楽しめるはずだ。

　コアなコンバットフライトシミュレータと，薄着の美女が大きな剣を振るったり銃を撃ちまくったりするアクションゲーム。共通点はなさそうだが，実はどちらも，ロシアのデベロッパであるGaijin Entertainmentが開発を担当している。彼らの処女作である「X-Blades」の主人公がアユミであったことを思い出す人も多いはずだし，2001年から続く「IL-2 Sturmovik」シリーズの一本「IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey」を手がけたことを知っている人もいるだろう。何人ぐらいのスタッフがいるんでしょうね？
　蒼の英雄-Birds of Steel-とBLADES of TIMEは，いずれも2012年3月8日の発売が予定されている。価格はどちらも6980円（税込）だ。
