　第二次世界大戦時のイタリア・トスカーナ地方を舞台に，双子の姉妹の1人，マルタ（Martha）が謎の溺死を遂げたことから始まる恐怖体験が描かれる心理スリラー。公開されたトレイラーの「Flesh Flies」（ニクバエ）は，映像のなかにもハエが飛び回るシーンが収められたもので，視聴にはご注意を（先日のFuture Games Show Spring Showcaseで公開された映像と同内容）。
