「Forza Horizon 6」，日本の芸術と文化を探求するドキュメンタリー映像“The Art of Driving”の第1話を公開

　Forza公式は2026年4月7日，Xbox Game Studiosから5月19日に発売予定のシリーズ最新作「Forza Horizon 6」（PC / Xbox Series X|S）のプロモーション動画「The Art of Driving - Episode 1: Tohoku ft. DRAGON76」を公開した。


　本動画は，日本を舞台とする「Forza Horizon 6」の世界に息づく，日本の芸術と文化を探求するドキュメンタリーシリーズだ。ロサンゼルス出身のカーフォトグラファー・Larry Chen氏がホストとなり，日本人アーティストとともに日本各地を巡る内容で，全3回の公開が予定されている。


　エピソード1では，ニューヨーク在住のアーティスト・DRAGON76氏をゲストに迎え，トヨタ「ランドクルーザー」に乗り込み，雪の舞う東北地方を旅している。

　青森のねぶた祭りや，仙北の田沢湖と氷の彫刻，石巻の津波防波堤に描かれた地元アーティストたちのイラストなど，美しいアートたちがフィーチャーされており，日本に暮らしていても興味深い内容だ。時折挟まれるゲームエンジンによる再現映像との比較も面白いので，ぜひチェックしておこう。
